These Chicken Skewers with tomato and spring onion are a great side dish for noodle soups and main dish to eat with rice. They´re easy to make on the grill or in the oven and spiced with a delicious marinade!
Some boneless chicken breast (the quantity depends on how many skewers you want)
1 tomato, chunky diced (or un-diced cherry tomatoes)
2 spring onions, cut in 2 cm long pieces
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
juice of 1/2 lime
2 tbsp white sesame
1. Prepare the grill or heat the oven on 220°C.
2. Cut the chicken breast into pieces and marinade it with the soy sauces, the lime juice and the sesame.
3. Put the tomato, the chicken and the spring onion on small skewers. Pour the rest of the marinade over it.
4. Grill it until it´s done.
