Champignones are a typical tapa. They are very tasty because of their simple but matching seasoning: lemon juice, parsley, olive oil, salt and garlic.
1 bunch parsley, chopped
2 garlic cloves, sliced
3 tbsp. olive oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
1. Heat the oil with the garlic and the mushrooms. Wait until the mushrooms are a little brown, then turn the heat down and put a top for 1-2 mins.
2. Remove the top and deglaze with the lemon juice. Turn off the heat and spice with parsley and salt.
