These spicy potato croquettes are mainly made from crackers and potatoes. They are similar to a tapa that we had in Spain; I didn´t find a recipe for it so I tried to remake it; I was successful!
Ingredients (for ca. 8 croquettes):
2 big or 4 small cooked potatoes
1-2 crackers, crumbled
1/2 teasp. salt
1/2 teasp. dried chili (milled)
Some olive oil (for frying)
1. Put it all together in the mixer.
2. Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the small balls until they´re gold brown.
The croquettes are delicious hot or cold!
